section 4 - leadership

In this section you will enter all your 4-H leadership activities and training.

LEADERSHIP CODES - indicate the type of leadership experience given.

V = Volunteer Leadership - list experiences in which you have participated, such as performing at 4-H activities, camps, achievement programs, workshops, judging events, directing community tours, field trips, fairs, and others.

E = Elected Leadership - under this title, list 4-H offices you have held and to which you were elected.

A = Appointed Leadership - identify and describe the various committees on which you have served.
P = 4-H Promotional Activities - emphasize what you have done to promote 4-H, such as presentations to organizations, radio and/or television appearances, participation in parades, etc.
 
LEVEL - indicate the level corresponding to your involvement.   
·          L = Local - activity sponsored by one or more 4-H clubs.
·          C = County - activity sponsored by county.
·          A = Area - activity sponsored to involve more than one county.
·          S = State - activity sponsored at the state level.
·          R = Regional - activity sponsored to involve more than one state.
·          N = National - activity sponsored by National Council.
·          I = International - activity including areas outside the U.S.A.
 
PROJECT CATEGORY CODES - You must identify the project category code. Indicate the code number for the category in which you are submitting this report.
